Code of conduct

Ethical, Respectful, Honesty, Integrity

We’ll NEVER support child labour. Employment is freely chosen, no discrimination. We and our suppliers look after their employees. All of our factories conduct an annual 3rd party ethical trade audit and we proactively work with our suppliers to remediate any issues found during these audits . All our cotton is either organic, organic certified (OCS) or BCI. We have certs to cover organic and the BCI cotton is tracked end to end.

our commitment

safe and fair society

We passionately believe in playing our part in ensuring a safe and fair society, where everyone can thrive and prosper.

We’re fully committed to supporting a cleaner, healthier environment, to improving the quality of life of our suppliers, their workers, our employees and their families.

This is so we can leave a positive and lasting impact on the communities in which we are located.

We believe that delivering quality products and service is key to both high levels of customer satisfaction and sustainability. Collectively, with our parent company, the Cooneen Group, we’ve held the internationally recognised Quality Management Systems standard ISO9001, since 2005.

One tree at the time

reverse the climate change

We do more than just use sustainable materials to make our products. We work with Ecologi to plant at least 20,000 trees every year, through direct funding and by planting a tree for every single product we sell online. It means you help us too, with every product we sell!

Visit our page to see a live update on our planting projects and sustainability programmes with our partners Ecologi.

Only positive vibes

Some of the recent good causes we’ve funded

Sustainability and supporting good causes is hugely important to us. We’re proud of the work we do with Ecologi and our tree planting and C02 reduction projects. But it doesn’t stop there. Each year we do our bit to support causes in areas that need it, both locally and internationally. Since 2017, we’ve supported schools in India and Bangladesh by providing laptops, classroom equipment and since 2017 we’ve even paid the annual salary for a teacher too. We’ve also and funded the building of a smart classroom in India and a capacity building project in China in 2019 – providing interns with pattern making equipment for our suppliers.

Sustainably sourced cottons...

We are a proud member of Better Cotton and we also source organic cotton.

Better Cotton is sourced via a chain of custody model called mass balance. This means that Better Cotton is not physically traceable to end products, however, Better Cotton Farmers benefit from the demand for Better Cotton in equivalent volumes to those we ‘source’.

Organic cotton is good for the environment because it is grown naturally without chemicals and pesticides. So as well as product benefits such as being kinder to the skin, it's better for soil and uses less water.

We are committed to sourcing 100% of our cotton as ‘more sustainable cotton’ by 2025. ‘More sustainable cotton’ includes Better Cotton, organic cotton and Fairtrade cotton

we are certified

the organic cotton standard

Our organic cotton is certified The Organic Content Standard 100 (OCS 100) and Organic Content Standard blended (OCS blended) applies to any product containing 5-100% organic material. It verifies the presence and amount of organic material in a final product and tracks the flow of a raw material from its source to the final product. This process is then certified by an accredited third party.

Reduce the impact

Recycled Polyester

All our fleece robes & onesies are made using recycled polyester. This reduces dependence on petroleum as the raw material in our fabrics.

It also reduces landfill and soil contamination, while using less energy than virgin polyester! Did you know it takes around 22 recycled plastic bottles to make one of our robes and to make one of our onesies 31 plastic bottles are recycled too!
